Deepak Kumar

• Mr. Kumar Rajan done MSc. from Patna University in the year 1979.

• He has total 39 years of experience out of which over 35 years of experience in the Banking sector holding Senior Positions across (as General Manager/ Group CISO, DGM, RM). He has worked as General Manager in State Bank of India, SAMRO (Stressed Asset Management Regional Office) South stationed at Bangalore. He was looking after resolution of Stressed Assets of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

• As a General Manager Network III Chandigarh, he was supervising branches of two states namely Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir. He was controller of more than 400 branches and 1200 plus ATMs in two States.

• As a General Manager at Chandigarh, he has handled stressed assets cases like J.B. Rolling Mill Limited, India Steel Continents Pvt. Ltd., Saboo Tor Pvt. Ltd.

• He has handled resolution to stressed assets and maximize recovery through legal and other measures for the entire southern states of the Country namely Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala.

• K. Chethan Kumar is an Advocate and a qualified Company Secretary with approximately 14 years of experience in Corporate Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Labour and Industrial Laws, Arbitration and various aspects of litigation, documentation and registrations.

  With extensive expertise in corporate laws and diverse legal domains, he provides effective legal solutions to both corporate and individual clients across multiple court proceedings.

• He actively handles corporate matters before Commercial Courts, Civil Courts, the High Court and the NCLT. He has successfully represented clients in voluntary liquidation cases, CIRP initiation and high-profile oppression and mismanagement petitions before the Hon’ble NCLT in Bangalore and Mumbai. Additionally, he has secured numerous favorable orders and judgments in cases before the High Court, Civil Courts, Magistrate Courts, Family Courts, Commercial Courts and Consumer Courts.

• Currently, he is handling legal matters across various parts of Karnataka, including Bangalore, Devanahalli, Kanakapura, Tumkur, Davangere, Bhadravathi and Ramanagara. He has also successfully represented commercial matters in Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad.

• Chaithanya is an IBBI Registered Valuer, Government Registered Valuer, Insurance Surveyor & Loss Assessor, Chartered Engineer and Arbitrator, holding multiple academic and professional qualifications including B. E, M. Tech, M.Sc. (Real Estate Valuation), and M.Sc. (Plant & Machinery Valuation). He brings extensive expertise in the valuation of Land & Building, Plant & Machinery, Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors, Lender’s Independent Engineers and Techno-Economic/Techno-Legal Studies.

  He delivers value-driven solutions in asset valuation, insurance loss assessment, transaction advisory, and due diligence. He has successfully conducted valuations and surveys for residential, commercial, and industrial assets, advised insurers and clients on loss minimization and prepared comprehensive survey reports for claims across fire, engineering, marine and miscellaneous segments.

  He is a member of leading professional bodies such as the Institution of Engineers (India), Indian Council of Arbitration, International Association of Engineers, Institute of Valuers, Indian Institute of Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessors and Indian Institution of Technical Arbitrators. He has presented technical papers at national conferences and has participated in several professional seminars, workshops and training programs, enhancing his domain expertise.
